Please call to reserve your spa day in advance.  We encourage you to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your service.  Arriving late will shorten your spa experience. Please keep in mind that your treatment will end on time as a courtesy to our next guest.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment, to avoid our service charge and/or to reactivate your gift certificate. Our professionals are in great demand so please be respectful of their time.
